Leaders interact with their environment as change agents in systematic pursuit of choices for effective strategies and tactics on multiple change and innovation portfolio of projects.

Transformational leadership is about inspiring people to join you on a journey that the stakeholders this is attainable. Attention is given to the role and relationship of leaders to achieving both strategic management and transformational adaptive change. My view is that the context of transformational leadership is dynamic and complex. Transformational leaders count on the capability of their layers of internal leadership. If the environment is right, together all people grow.

To create value as a leader is to take time to capture and leverage capabilities and increase your personal understanding of the utilisation of a valuable resource of people and their ability to adapt and learn.

Transformation and innovation operate in a dynamic context where speed to change is critical. How is your speed to learn and adapt?
